valid characters for the DNS are the 26 Letters from the Latin alphabet (a-z), the 10 Digits of

the Arabic numerals (0-9) and 1 special character, which is the hyphen-minus (-). When

a domain name is registered, 1 dot (.) automatically appears as a punctuation mark

between the different levels, even if the dot is not one of the registrable
